Jennifer Shrader Lawrence is an actress originally from Kentucky, US. Her first lead role was as a cast member on shows such as "The Bill Engvall Show". She started acting in school plays when she still lived in Kentucky and wanted to move to New York in order for her to find an talent agent. Her breakthrough came  later with her debut  role in the film "Winter's Bone" which was given the best picture award at the "Sundance Festival". In an interview, she said that she was forced to lose weight to save her career because she was told that her weight could hold her back from being given starring roles, although she was not in bad shape shape.
