Anna Kendrick is an actress and singer born in Portland, Maine, US and also raised in Portland. She has a brother that happened to also attend school with her when they were kids. Years later they both appeared in the film “Looking for an Echo” which debuted in the year 2000. Anna began her career as a child. When she was only twelve years old, she performed in a Broadway musical called "High Society." She subsequently made her film debut in 2003 in the film “Camp.” Since then she has gotten more important roles and acted in films like “Rocket Science” and “Twilight” and their sequels. She is working on several other films at the moment which will be released in 2014 and in 2015. It is no surprise that she is currently one of Hollywood's most famous actresses. She did not expect fame to come so fast as she mentioned during an interview.
